Otomo เป็นแอปฝึกภาษาญี่ปุ่น เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่ต้องใช้ให้แอปทำงาน ไม่ขายข้อมูล ไม่มีโฆษณา และไม่ใช้ตัวติดตามเพื่อการตลาด

ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

• บัญชี (ถ้าสมัคร): อีเมล และรหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัสแบบทางเดียวแล้ว เราไม่เห็นรหัสผ่านจริง ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple หรือ Google เราได้รับเพียงรหัสบัญชีของผู้ให้บริการและอีเมล (Apple อาจเป็นอีเมลแทนที่ซ่อนอีเมลจริงไว้)
• ความคืบหน้าการเรียน: คำที่เรียน รอบทบทวน โอโตโมะ ของในร้าน และการตั้งค่า เก็บในเครื่อง และถ้ามีบัญชีจะสำรองขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์เพื่อใช้ต่อได้ทุกเครื่อง
• ผลตรวจการพูด (โดโจเทนงุ): ข้อความที่ถอดจากเสียงและคำแนะนำจาก AI เก็บไว้ให้ดูย้อนหลัง ไฟล์เสียงไม่ถูกเก็บ ใช้ตรวจแล้วทิ้งทันที
• สมาชิก Otomo Plus / Premium: ชำระผ่าน App Store (Apple ID) หรือ Google Play เราได้รับเพียงรหัสการสมัครและวันหมดอายุจาก Apple หรือ Google ไม่เห็นข้อมูลการชำระเงิน
• ชื่อผู้ใช้ (@ชื่อ) และการชวนเพื่อน: ชื่อผู้ใช้ที่เราตั้ง รหัสชวนเพื่อน และบัญชีที่สมัครด้วยรหัสนั้น เพื่อนที่ชวนกันจะเห็นชื่อและโอโตโมะของกันและกัน
• การแจ้งปัญหาในเนื้อหา: ข้อความที่เราเขียน และภาพหน้าจอถ้าเราเลือกแนบ เก็บไว้จนกว่าจะแก้เสร็จ
• ข้อมูลการทำงานของแอป: ประเภทเครื่อง (iPhone / Android / เว็บ) เวอร์ชันแอป ชื่อหน้าจอ และชนิดข้อผิดพลาดหรือความช้า เพื่อใช้แก้บั๊ก ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่เราพิมพ์หรือพูด
• ข้อมูลกันการใช้งานเกินขีด: ที่อยู่ IP และจำนวนครั้งต่อชั่วโมงหรือต่อวัน เก็บไว้ชั่วคราว

กล้อง รูปภาพ และไมโครโฟน

• ถ่ายคำศัพท์: การอ่านตัวอักษรจากกล้องหรือรูปทำในเครื่อง (iPhone ใช้ระบบของ Apple, Android ใช้ Google ML Kit ที่ทำงานในเครื่อง) รูปไม่ถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง (ภาพหน้าจอจะถูกส่งเฉพาะเมื่อเราแนบในการแจ้งปัญหาเอง)
• ไมโครโฟน: ใช้เมื่อเรากดอัดเท่านั้น การพูดอิสระฟังได้ในเครื่องและไม่ถูกส่ง เสียงจะถูกส่งไปตรวจเฉพาะเมื่อเรากดให้เทนงุตรวจ หรือใช้ปุ่มพูดตอบในบทเรียน

บริการภายนอกที่ใช้

• Cloudflare: เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ฐานข้อมูล และการถอดเสียงพูดเป็นข้อความ (Whisper)
• Microsoft Azure Speech: ให้คะแนนการออกเสียง
• Anthropic (Claude): เขียนคำแนะนำจากข้อความที่ถอดได้ (ไม่ได้รับไฟล์เสียง)
• Apple: เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple และการชำระเงินผ่าน App Store
• Google: เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google และการชำระเงินผ่าน Google Play
• Resend: ส่งอีเมลรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน

บริการเหล่านี้ได้รับข้อมูลเท่าที่ต้องใช้ทำหน้าที่นั้น และไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ข้อมูลของเราเพื่ออย่างอื่น

การลบข้อมูล

• ลบบัญชีได้เองในแอป: แท็บ โอโตโมะ → หัวข้อบัญชี → ลบบัญชี ใส่รหัสผ่าน (หรือพิมพ์ ลบบัญชี ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple/Google) เพื่อยืนยัน
• เมื่อลบ บัญชี ความคืบหน้า ผลตรวจการพูด และข้อมูลในเครื่องจะถูกลบทันที การเชื่อมต่อ Sign in with Apple จะถูกยกเลิกกับ Apple ด้วย การสมัครสมาชิกต้องยกเลิกเองในการตั้งค่า Apple ID หรือ Google Play
• ขอลบบัญชีโดยไม่ต้องเปิดแอป: ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครมาที่ takdanai.kt@gmail.com หัวข้อ "ขอลบบัญชี Otomo" เราจะลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดภายใน 7 วัน และตอบกลับเมื่อลบเสร็จ
• ถ้าไม่มีบัญชี ข้อมูลทั้งหมดอยู่ในเครื่อง ลบแอปแล้วข้อมูลจะหายไปด้วย

เด็ก

แอปไม่ได้ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัวของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี ถ้าผู้ปกครองพบว่าเด็กสมัครบัญชี ลบบัญชีได้ตามวิธีด้านบน หรือติดต่อเรา

Otomo is a Japanese-learning app. We collect only what the app needs to work. We do not sell data, show ads, or use marketing trackers.

What we collect

• Account (optional): email address and a one-way hashed password. With Sign in with Apple or Google we receive only the provider's account id and an email (Apple may give a private relay address).
• Learning progress: words, review schedule, companions, items and settings. Stored on the device and, with an account, backed up to our server for sync.
• Speaking reviews: the transcript of a recording and the AI feedback, kept so you can read past reviews. Audio is not stored; it is discarded after scoring.
• Otomo Plus / Premium: paid through the App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play. We receive only the subscription id and its expiry from Apple or Google, never payment details.
• Username and invites: your @username, your invite code and the accounts that joined with it. Friends linked by an invite see each other's name and companion.
• Content reports: the note you write and, only if you choose to attach it, a screenshot. Kept until the report is resolved.
• App diagnostics: device type (iPhone / Android / web), app version, screen name and the kind of error or slowdown, used to fix bugs. Never what you type or say.
• Abuse limits: IP address and request counts per hour or day, kept briefly.

Camera, photos and microphone

• Word capture: text is read from the camera or a photo on the device (Apple's text recognition on iPhone, Google ML Kit running on the device on Android). Images never leave the device (a screenshot is sent only when you attach one to a content report).
• Microphone: used only while you record. Free talk stays on the device. Audio is sent for scoring only when you ask the Tengu to review it or answer a lesson by voice.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, speech-to-text with Whisper), Microsoft Azure Speech (pronunciation scoring), Anthropic Claude (feedback written from the transcript only), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store payments), Google (Sign in with Google, Google Play payments), Resend (password-reset email). Each receives only the data needed for its task.

Deleting your data

In the app: the Otomo tab → Account section → Delete account (ลบบัญชี), then confirm with your password (or type ลบบัญชี if you sign in with Apple/Google). Your account, progress, speaking reviews and the data on the device are deleted immediately, and Sign in with Apple is revoked. A subscription must be cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Without an account, all data lives on the device and is removed with the app.

To request deletion without the app: email takdanai.kt@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Otomo account". We delete the account and all its data within 7 days and reply when it is done.

Children

The app is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. Parents can delete such an account in the app or contact us.
